Summary[]

In which Kat and Juliette try to wake up Artur and transfer his mind into his new body. Kat hits a snag when she runs afoul of a law older than human civilization and has to deal with Arbiter Saslamel, but she smooths things over and Arthur's transfer is completed. Everyone is pleased by this outcome and Juliette is ecstatic. However, Kat is disturbed by some news she got about Annie during her talk with the arbiter.
